The Laars MagnaTherm is a 2, 3 or 4 million BTU boiler or volume water heater that has everything you need to satisfy your large input commercial applications. Laars engineers took a system efficiency approach when designing the MagnaTherm to ensure that its total installed efficiency is as high as possible. This was done through the use of the unique Laars VARI-PRIME™ variable speed boiler pump control that optimizes the three major variables of boiler operation - combustion efficiency, blower efficiency and boiler pump efficiency.

MagnaTherm's advanced VARI-PRIME™ pump control seamlessly matches boiler firing rate to boiler pump flow, reducing boiler pumping costs by up to an amazing 70 percent. No other boiler offers on-board control functionality that balances combustion, air flow and water flow to optimize boiler efficiency like the VARI-PRIME™ system can.

NEOTHERM - Commercial - Condensing Hydronic Boilers

NeoTherm is a direct vent, sealed combustion, condensing hydronic boiler with 95+% thermal efficiency that modulates with a 5 to 1 turndown. It features an ASME stainless steel heat exchanger, spark ignition system and low NOx emissions (less than 10 ppm), for a package that's easy to use, and easy on the environment.

NeoTherm is built standard with the new LAARS Integrated Control System® that puts the ignition control, temperature control and high limit in one user-friendly device that does it all. The PID control system has frost protection, and loads of other features.

It also works with other controls to become part of a multiple sequencing control, and works well with building automation systems.

NEOTHERM LC Commercial Modulating Condensing Boilers

The NeoTherm LC is a direct vent, sealed combustion, condensing and modulating hydronic boiler. These compact 1.0 million and 1.7 million BTU/h workhorses are powered by a dual fired ASME stainless steel water tube heat exchanger resulting in 10:1 turndown and thermal efficiencies as high as 99%. Setup, operation and diagnostics are made easy with the NeoTherm LC's large color touch screen display.

The advanced NeoTherm LC control system includes a cascading feature that allows for up to four boilers to be lead lagged with onboard controls. Up to eight NeoTherm LC boilers can be lead lagged when coupled with M4 and M4EXT controllers. This results in a modulating heating cell of up to 13.6 million BTU/hr with a combined 80:1 turndown.

RHEOS+ Commercial - Condensing Hydronic Boilers

Fully-modulating, fully condensing, compact, sealed combustion, low NOx and up to 98% efficient.

LAARS Heating Systems engineers designed the RHEOS+ boiler to provide ultra-high performance and superior efficiency. They are the ideal choice for demanding commercial jobs requiring 1.2 to 2.4 million BTU/hour. Seamless combustion modulation from 25 to 100 percent of full input maintains maximum efficiency and helps cut operating costs as much as 50 percent.

RHEOS - Commercial - Hydronic Boiler

The Rheos smart boiler / water heater is a breakthrough in commercial heating system design. Now, for the first time, engineers and heating contractors can choose a single high-efficiency, low-cost system for commercial installations requiring up to 2.4 million BTU/hour. Plus, the Rheos features the highest density and smallest footprint available, so it takes up far less floor space. In fact, it's so compact, it can fit through a standard 3'-0" doorway.

The Mighty Therm2 has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the replacement market by offering simple and straightforward controls with 2-stage firing.

Mighty Therm2 boilers and water heaters feature a convenient, modular construction that separates the burner trays, gas train, and blower assembly. All models use lightweight insulation, glass-lined cast iron or bronze headers, and non-ferrous waterways. Hi Delta® FlexGas® Water Heaters, 302BD-902BD

Although it is possible to convert almost any Hi Delta® unit from natural gas to propane, it does take some time. Certain facilities are required to be able to switch from their primary fuel to a backup fuel immediately when conditions demand it. The patented "FlexGas®" system allows the unit to be plumbed to BOTH fuels, switching from operation on one fuel to the other with the turn of a key -- without shutting down the unit at all
